Shopify Flow
Setup
- Make sure Shopify Flow is installed on your store (it's free).
- In Shopify Admin, go to Apps → Flow → Create workflow.
- Click Select a trigger, search for Stashlist, and choose one of the wishlist triggers.
- Build your automation using conditions and actions, then turn the workflow on.
No configuration is needed in Stashlist. Triggers fire automatically for all logged-in customers as soon as your workflows are active.
Wishlist Price Drop currently needs one other integration connected. The threshold that decides
whether a price change counts as a "drop" is read from Klaviyo, Omnisend, Maestra, Attentive, or Mailchimp,
whichever you have connected. If none of those are connected, this trigger won't fire. Product Added to Wishlist,
Product Removed from Wishlist, Wishlist Back in Stock, and Wishlist Low in Stock all work standalone with no
other integration required.

Here are some popular workflows merchants build with Stashlist Flow triggers:
- Tag high-intent customers: When "Product Added to Wishlist" fires, add the tag
has-wishlistto the customer. Use this tag to segment campaigns in Klaviyo or Omnisend. - Award loyalty points: Use a Smile.io or Yotpo action to reward customers with points when they save a product.
- Notify your team: When "Wishlist Low in Stock" fires, send a Slack message or create a task in your fulfilment system to prioritise restocking that product.
- Send a back-in-stock email: When "Wishlist Back in Stock" fires, send a transactional email directly from Flow using the customer and product properties.
- Update a metafield: Track how many times a product has been wishlisted by incrementing a product metafield on each "Product Added to Wishlist" event.
